We are an independent distributor and retailer of sealed trading card products: sold at retail through this site, and by the case to card shops by email.

Products showing a price in Canadian dollars can be bought online by anyone in the countries we ship to — add them to your cart and pay at checkout. Card payment is available for orders up to CA$5,000 before tax and shipping; larger orders are arranged by bank transfer.

Products without a price are shown as out of stock and cannot be added to the cart. Wholesale supply is arranged by email: use the wholesale link on any product page or the wholesale button in the cart, and we confirm pricing, case quantities, allocation and shipping by email. A wholesale enquiry is not an order and does not reserve stock; a wholesale order stands only once both sides have confirmed it in writing by email.

Wholesale pricing is at most 15% below the listed retail price, on selected products only and at case quantities. That is the whole range: we do not go below it, and enquiries asking for far lower prices are not answered.

All prices on this site are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Applicable GST/HST or provincial sales tax and shipping are shown at checkout before you confirm payment — the total you see before paying is the total you are charged.

Payment is processed by Stripe on Stripe's secure payment page. Your card number goes to Stripe directly and never reaches or sits on our servers.

Your order is placed when your payment completes. We email you a confirmation with everything you bought, the amounts charged, and a link to these terms — that email is your copy of the agreement, so keep it. If it does not arrive, contact us.

The price at the time your order is confirmed is final: later price changes, up or down, do not change an existing order. If a listing carried an obvious pricing error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

We may also cancel and fully refund an order we cannot fill — for example where stock was oversold — and we will tell you why.

Orders ship from Hamilton, Ontario, Canada, normally within 1–2 business days, by tracked UPS service. Preorders are the exception: they ship after the product is released and our allocation reaches us, as set out under Preorders below. We email you the tracking number when your order ships.

Shipping rates are weight-based by destination and shown on the product page and in the cart before you pay: within Canada from CA$15 (free on orders of CA$175 or more), to the United States from CA$40, and to Asia and other international destinations from CA$55 up to CA$305 for heavy parcels. Orders over 7 kg are quoted by email and paid by bank transfer. Remote regions may need a rate confirmed by email first.

For delivery outside Canada you are the importer: customs duties, import taxes and carrier fees charged in the destination country are your responsibility, normally collected by the carrier before delivery. Note that since 2025 the United States charges duty on most imported goods regardless of order value. Typical rules for the countries we ship to are summarised on our Customs & Import Taxes page.

We are required by law to declare the full purchase price on customs documents and to mark every shipment as merchandise. Requests to lower the declared value or mark a parcel as a gift will be declined — misdeclaration risks seizure and fines in both countries.

If a shipment is refused because import charges were not paid and it is returned to us, the outbound and return shipping costs and any fees charged to us are deducted from the refund.

Check the parcel when it arrives and tell us within 7 days of delivery if anything is damaged, missing or wrong.

Sealed trading card products are collectibles whose value moves with the market, so all sales are final once paid: we do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges, on sealed or opened product.

The exceptions: product damaged in transit, a manufacturing defect, or an item we shipped in error. Email info@107yuntcg.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will put it right with a replacement, store credit or refund, case by case.

Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under Ontario's Consumer Protection Act, 2002 or any other law that cannot be waived by agreement.

A preorder is charged in full at checkout. It reserves the item at that price — later price increases do not touch a confirmed preorder.

Release dates come from the publishers and can move. We ship as soon as stock reaches us; an order mixing preorder and in-stock items ships together once everything has arrived, unless we agree otherwise by email.

You may cancel a preorder up to 14 days before the product's scheduled release for a refund minus a 10% processing fee. Within 14 days of the scheduled release, and after release, preorders can no longer be cancelled.

Product images are illustrative. Every product we sell is the North American English edition; where a listing says you receive a design at random, the box art you get may differ from the picture shown.

Everything we supply is sealed product, in the condition we receive it from our own suppliers. We do not open sealed product, so we cannot promise anything about what is inside — pull rates, hit rates, or the contents of a particular box or case.

Product names, logos and artwork belong to their respective owners. 107 YUN INC. is an independent distributor and retailer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any publisher or rights holder.

For wholesale lines, the products, case quantities and availability shown are indicative — they show what we normally carry, not a guaranteed stock list, and nothing unpriced on this site is a binding offer to sell.

Please use the site normally, for buying or for your own business purposes. Do not scrape it, copy the catalogue wholesale, try to break into any part of it, or use it in a way that disrupts it for others.

The text, layout and photographs on this site belong to 107 YUN INC., except where they belong to a rights holder as described above. Ask us first if you would like to reuse anything.

We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page, with the last updated date at the top.

The version in force when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.

107 YUN INC. is registered in Ontario, Canada. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, and any dispute arising from them is to be heard by the courts of Ontario.
