TERMS OF USE

107 YUN INC. is a Canada-based wholesale distributor of sealed trading card products. This website is for verified trade customers — card shops, retailers and other businesses buying for resale.

We do not sell to consumers and we do not fill personal orders. Before we quote or supply, we may ask for business details such as a company name, business registration, or shop information.

If you are not buying on behalf of a business, please treat this site as reference only.

Products, case quantities and availability shown on this site are indicative. They show what we normally carry — they are not a guaranteed stock list.

Stock moves quickly and supplier allocations change. A product being listed does not mean it is available, and nothing on this site is a binding offer to sell.

We may change, correct or remove listings at any time without notice.

Adding items to a quote list and sending it to us is a request for pricing and availability. It is not an order, and it does not reserve stock.

We do not publish prices on this site. Pricing, case quantities, allocation and shipping are confirmed by email.

An order only stands once we have confirmed it in writing by email and you have agreed to the confirmed terms. Payment terms are agreed the same way, per order.

If we cannot fill a confirmed order in full — for example if a supplier cuts our allocation — we will tell you and agree what to do next.

Product images are illustrative. Packaging, artwork, language editions and regional printings can differ from the picture shown.

Everything we supply is sealed product, in the condition we receive it from our own suppliers. We do not open sealed product, so we cannot promise anything about what is inside — pull rates, hit rates, or the contents of a particular box or case.

Product names, logos and artwork belong to their respective owners. 107 YUN INC. is an independent distributor and is not affiliated with, authorised by, or endorsed by any publisher or rights holder.

Orders ship from Canada. Delivery times, carriers and shipping costs are agreed per order by email.

You, the buyer, are responsible for import duties, taxes, customs charges, and clearing the goods in the destination country.

You are also responsible for checking that the products can legally be imported and resold where you operate, and for following local rules on labelling, tax and consumer sales.

Please check the goods when they arrive and tell us quickly if something is missing or damaged, so we can look into it with the carrier.

Please use the site normally, for your own business purposes. Do not scrape it, copy the catalogue wholesale, try to break into any part of it, or use it in a way that disrupts it for other shops.

The text, layout and photographs on this site belong to 107 YUN INC., except where they belong to a rights holder as described above. Ask us first if you would like to reuse anything.

We try to keep the site accurate and up to date, but we cannot promise it is always correct or always available. Information can be out of date the moment stock moves.

To the extent the law allows, 107 YUN INC. is not responsible for losses caused by relying on information on this site before it has been confirmed by email.

Nothing here removes rights you have that cannot be removed by an agreement.

We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page, with the last updated date at the top.

The terms confirmed with your order at the time apply to that order.

107 YUN INC. is registered in Canada, and these terms are written to be read under Canadian law. The exact province and the dispute-resolution wording should be set by the lawyer who reviews this page.
