In-stock orders leave within 1–2 business days of payment (Monday to Friday, excluding Ontario public holidays). Preorders ship after the product is released and our allocation arrives; the product page shows the expected release window.

You receive an email with the tracking number as soon as the label is created.

Parcels travel by UPS — Standard within Canada and to the United States, Worldwide Expedited elsewhere. Every service is tracked door to door and needs no signature unless the carrier asks for one.

We do not sell shipping insurance. A parcel lost or damaged in transit is our claim to make with the carrier, and we replace or refund you regardless of how that claim ends — see Returns and Refunds.

Rates depend on the destination and on the packed weight of everything in your cart, so two Elite Trainer Boxes cost less to ship than two separate orders would. The product page shows the rate for one unit to each country; the cart shows the rate for the whole order.

The transit column above is the carrier's estimate in business days after dispatch. Customs clearance outside Canada can add 1–3 business days, and peak seasons can add more. Add the 1–2 day handling time for the total.

Delivery is to the address you give at checkout, so please check it is complete, including apartment or unit numbers. A parcel returned to us as undeliverable is refunded minus the outbound and return shipping.

Orders outside Canada ship with duties unpaid: you are the importer and pay any duty, import tax and carrier fee your country charges, normally to the carrier before delivery. We always declare the full purchase price and mark every parcel as merchandise — we do not lower values or mark parcels as gifts.

Check the parcel on delivery. If anything is damaged, missing or wrong, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we put it right with a replacement, store credit or refund.
