This page explains what 107 YUN INC. collects when your shop contacts us, why we collect it, where it is kept, and how to have it removed.

WHAT WE COLLECT
When you send a quote request through this site, we receive the shop or company name you enter, the contact name you enter, any message you write, and the list of products and case quantities you selected.
If you email us directly, we receive whatever your email contains, including your email address.
We do not ask for payment details on this site, and there is no account or password to create.
WHY WE COLLECT IT
Only to answer your enquiry: to check availability, confirm allocation and pricing with you, and arrange shipping.
We do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell it or pass it to third parties for marketing.
WHERE IT IS STORED
Quote requests are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database attached to this website.
Email sent to an @107yuntcg.com address is forwarded by Cloudflare Email Routing to a company mailbox, so a copy passes through Cloudflare and sits in that mailbox.
Product pictures shown on the site are stored in Cloudflare R2. They contain no customer information.
STORED IN YOUR OWN BROWSER
The site keeps a few small values in your browser's local storage. They stay on your device and are never sent to us: your chosen language, the quote list you are building, and the position of the character on the page.
Clearing your browser's site data removes them.
HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
Quote requests are kept while we are dealing with your enquiry and for our ordinary business records afterwards. When a record is no longer needed, it is deleted.
If you would like your enquiry removed sooner, just ask.
YOUR CHOICES
Email info@107yuntcg.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Please write from the address you contacted us with, or tell us the shop name you used, so we can find the right record.
We will respond within a reasonable time.
CHANGES TO THIS PAGE
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
